Time spent living in different cultures has given me a deep level of respect for the diversity of human experience and the interconnectedness of beliefs, relationships, environment, and mental health.
I believe that understanding the narratives we have about ourselves and how they came to be can help us break free from shame and overcome barriers in our lives- ultimately gaining the capacity to redefine our sense of self.
I love working with people to process trauma, tackle anxiety issues, explore identity, work through grief, and navigate relationships, parenting, and life transitions- because I know there's so much hope and potential for healing and growth.
